A career spanning 30 years (and counting), a mother of two for 25 years (and counting), a wife for most all of this (mmmm – oh, all right – still counting), brings a light and engaging perspective to many issues facing the working woman regardless of position or tenure.

Her journey is one that has very unique twists and turns, including starting a business on the Euro train to Leed's Castle to the Eiffel tower. Her humorous anecdotes of events that took place along the way bring a smile and a sense that it is OK to fall down once in awhile, but picking yourself up (sometimes literally) is the biggest challenge. Additionally, Toni has many years (and many stories) of the employee engagement process.

As comfortable on the shop floor as she is in the boardroom, she has earned her perspective on the world of work.
