		<description>So, yeah, um hair. I got a lot of the same issues/positive aspects. I guess it's all how you look at it. Flowing lovely wavy hair. We are the blessed. (two syllables on blessed) 
Interesting to link the control of hair to management, I am totally in agreement. Too often management is in the middle of a bad hair day.
